On June 27, the robotics team was invited to participate in NASA Flight Facility  for their 70th Anniversary. We brought four clawbots for the children to drive around. Other community robotics team also participated in this event.
On July 10, the team took a trip to the NASA research center and saw the robot ISAAC, water jet cutters, and several kinds of 3D printers.  The team also learned about aeronautics when they saw models of planes and learned how they were made.
The team visited Richmond to tour the Governor’s Mansion, the House of Delegates and the Senate.
